I will also provide you with a phone number specific for your country and an access code. At the time of your session, call the number and enter your access code. If you wish for your session to be recorded so you can listen back to it later, I’m happy to do that for you as well.

How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted via phone using a conferencing service. After you have requested your session, I will provide you with a list of phone numbers and an access code. Simply select the phone number that corresponds with your country. At your scheduled appointment time, dial the appropriate number using any phone and enter the access code.
Which countries do you provide a phone number for?
Australia, Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States.
What if my country is not listed above?
Easy! You can call the phone number that has the lowest international rate for your phone plan.
How do I pay for my session?
After you have requested your session, I will send you two emails. One is a confirmation email with additional information about what to expect during the session. The second email is a request for payment that allows you to complete your purchase via PayPal.
If I paid for a 30-minute session, can I extend it while we are on the phone?
I will let you know when we are getting close to the end of your 30-minute session. If I have an opening in my schedule and you would like to continue for another 30 minutes, I will send you an invoice via PayPal for the additional $40. The maximum amount of time for a session is 60 minutes.
How do I get the recording of my session?
After your session, I will send you an email with a link to download an MP3 audio recording of your session. MP3 audio files can be played on most computers and portable devices.
Policies
Sessions are not considered scheduled until payment is received. If you need to reschedule for some reason, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment time. In case of cancellation, no refund will be given.
